:: Alex Quattlebaum, III, Principal

Alex Quattlebaum, III, principal with Quattlebaum Development Company, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of running the business, which he does alongside his brother Scott. Using a hands-on approach to management, Alex is involved in all facets of the company, including client consultations and project management.

Alex has been working for the company, which was previously run by his father, Alex, Jr., since he was a teenager, doing construction during his summers off from school. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the College of William and Mary and sits on the advisory board of Trident Technical College.

Alex is a member of the Charleston Regional Development Alliance and enjoys hunting and driving vintage racecars as part of the Sportscar Vintage Racing Association, both favorite pastimes shared by his father and brothers. Alex lives in historic downtown Charleston, where he grew up, with his wife, Kimberly, and son, Alex IV.
