With nearly 80 years of experience in the construction business, the company, founded in 1927, has been handed down through the generations and is now run by brothers Alex Quattlebaum, III and Scott Quattlebaum.

History

Quattlebaum Development Company traces its beginnings back to 1927 when it was originally founded by Capt. Harry Lee Harllee, the great uncle of today's company principals, as Harllee Construction Company in Florence, S.C. In its early days, the company focused on general construction throughout the area, building roads and homes.

Florence Industrial Park
At 500 acres, Florence Industrial Park is a large industrial manufacturing development adjacent to I-95 and U.S. Highway 52 in Florence, S.C. McCall Center
McCall Center is a high-profile shopping center located in a key area at the entrance to the Centre Point development in North Charleston that is anchored by Sam's Club, Super Wal-Mart and the future Tanger Outlet Center.
